House of Lords, Legislative Update and increasing influence ...A few months ago we reported that the The House of Lords opens 2003 Session ... in Georgia. The House of Lords is the non-elected purveyors of corporate influence in our State government, working to dilute and diminish the representation of the People. Based upon the principles established by Our Founding Fathers, the elected officials of the State Government, especially the State House, State Senate and Governor are elected to represent the People. The House of Lords exists to assert the influence of large corporations, even if it is contrary to the will of the citizens of Georgia. In the 2003 Legislative Session, we have seen the continuation of the influence of the House of Lords under a new administration. A New Day in Georgia, has amounted to no more than the daily sunrise. On the other hand, if you are tired of this style of government, you can get prepared to retire many of these elected officials in next years elections. Yes, the House of Lords was successful, so far, in denying the people the right to vote on our Georgia State Flag, but they can not stop you from voting in the elections next year, nor from sending a message to the House of Lords. It is your choice. If you would like to receive our reports on the state government and be on the list to receive our 2004 voter guides, click here.
