Candidate John Edwards Attacks the Confederate Flag
http://www.johnedwards2004.com/page.asp?id=326 Quoting the Democrat Party presidential candidate and former trial lawyer, (I don't know of a more disgusting job combination) "the Confederate flag means to us in terms of oppression and too often violence. If we embrace those who display the flag for the purpose of heralding that oppression, because we think they share some economic common ground with us, we then fail to share the moral common ground with the Southern Democrats, white and African-American, who have been the core of the Southern Democratic Party." I don't know why John is so cheap with all those ambulance chasing lawyer political contributions, as he doesn't appear to want anyone but his contributors to have his toll-free number making the unwashed public pay for their calls to his different state campaign headquarters. If you want to let John know of your outrage at his attack on all Southerners White and Black who support our historic flags and symbols, we have found his toll-free number for contributors. You may want to call his campaign office TOLL-FREE at 1-888-292-2004 and take as much time as you like informing his staff about how you feel about his comments. Second, tonight at 9:15 you can click the link on in his photo and call him directly in a post debate chat. It might get interesting but remember they will probably try to screen Confederate calls so be smart when they ask you for your issue before you get the chance to talk to Edwards, Forget e-mails in this case because every phone call ties up the line for a potential contributor and his campaign pays for your opportunity to educate him on the Confederate Flag and Southern heritage.
