Subject: Flaggers Bomb Chuck Clay fund raiser!
Flaggers who applied for, and obtained
a legal permit to demonstrate in front of the Marietta Museum of
art, in Marietta Georgia, assembled Thursday afternoon for a
little Chuck "Mud" Clay fund raiser flagging.
3 early arriving flaggers were greeted
by the Marietta police and told that even though they had a legal
permit, the records at the Marietta police department stated it
was for 49 Atlanta street, and the flaggers would have to move 2
blocks down the road, and on the opposite side of the street. The
address for Marietta Museum of Art was for 30 Atlanta street.
Much to the joy and Glee of the Chuck
Clay party, the flaggers were forcibly moved down the street by
the local Gestapo, leaving Chuck Clays guests to arrive
comfortably, and at a somewhat safe distance from the flaggers.
Later, the organizer of the Flaggers
event arrived and talked to the police, but they insisted we had
to produce our copy of the permit, which was left at home. NOW, no
where in the ordinance does it say we have to bring our permit
copy. When pressed, the Marietta police failed to produce their
copy as well. So a 30 minute roundtrip to home and back, and our
legal permit showing the address of 30 Atlanta street was
produced, and the Marietta Gestapo had to relent, and the flaggers
moved back in force to the front door of the Marietta Art Museum,
much to the chagrin of the Clay party.
Funny thing, at exactly 7:30, the
Marietta police arrive and told us our permit expired at 7:30. We
asked them to prove it, and this time they produced
their copy of the permit from their pocket. Now all
of a sudden they had a copy with the correct address on it. How
about that?
Anybody with half a brain can see what
happened here. When we didn't have our copy with us, (not required
in the ordinance), the police forced us to move away long enough
for most of Clays guests to arrive. But the Guests had to leave
eventually, and got their flagging on the way out anyway.
Copy of email confirmation of approved
permit that clearly reads that you might NOT receive the hard copy
before the event happens, but it has been approved. NOW, that
leads one to believe having your copy with you is NOT a
requirement.

This was a clear case of citizens
applying for and receiving a legal permit to demonstrate, and
their constitutional rights being violated by the local Gestapo.
The city of Marietta ordinance requires demonstrators to get a
permit, which was done.
When Cobb County Republican party
Chairman Anthony Scott Hobbs came outside, he said, boy you are
making them miserable inside. Well Mr. Hobbs, that's the idea.
Poor ole Charlie Tanksley. The
flaggers cried that man a river, imitating his pathetic display
of sobbing in the well of the senate.
I believe after today, that Chuck Clay
knows that when he is defeated, who did it to him.
Two very strange things happened
today, besides the normal attempts at crushing our constitutional
rights.
1.) We were shot birds a number of
times by arriving Chuck Clay guests. (We blow this off as
someone's attempt to show us their IQ level of 1). BUT, this is
unusual for Republicans, as they usually show more class than the
democrats, that attempt to show us their IQ all the time.
Especially democrat Pat Dooley. Now there is a woman that can
shoot a bird with grace and class! Obviously she has had a lot of
practice. One of Roy Barnes daughters is pretty good at it to.
2.) The police arrived back and told
us they had received complaints from Clay henchmen we were using
foul language. NOT SO. We NEVER use cuss words at flaggings. This
is a typical tactic that democrats usually try to get us run off.
Lying! Strange for a Republican event.
Maybe this is why MR. Mud Clay is
called a liberal democrap, and the people he hangs out with really
act like such. Ye shall know them by their fruits.
Some advice for Charlie Tanksley. He
really needs to go see a dentist and get something done about
those yellow teeth. They are as yellow as his spine, and his hair.
Trust me, you don't want to see this up close, but we got the
picture anyway! You have been given advanced warning!
I can understand that Senator Clay and
his fellow law buddies was very upset about today's flaggin. But
what he and others didn't take to heart, was the activist letters
sent to him and all the other legislators last January, giving
fair warning. It clearly stated that
right now you enjoy peaceful party's and gatherings. This can
continue, or you can pay the price. The piper is coming to
collect.

for 30 minutes we were forced to move too. What a crock. Want
happen again though.

Charlie Tanksley really needs to do
something about those YELLER teeth, and that yeller spine as well.
They are a ghastly sight in person. Take my word for it.
