Perdue announces change in flag referendum
According to Jim Galloway of the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Governor Purdue "today confirmed revisions to his proposal for a referendum on the state flag."
Galloway continues, "The referendum no longer would force people to vote on two, linked questions, including one that mandated voters to choose between two flags with Confederate legacies, the governor said through a
spokeswoman."
So there it is folks. If this is true it is referendum number two and still the politically correct are screaming.
The best has been McKinney parading around the Capitol talking about the 400 year history of our Flag. According to McKinney,
Confederates were waving Our Flag in 1603. We must admire his spunk, he is just carrying political correctness to the next
level. Since political correctness is based on lies, myths and mis-representations he is just trying to be the best of the
politically correct. Dad burned good job!
Of course State Rep. Tyrone Brooks (D-Atlanta) continues to flip like a fish out of water. The man who once supported a
referendum, now does not believe that the citizens of Georgia should vote. Brooks said he and other civil-rights leaders would continue to recommend a boycott of any vote that includes the Confederate battle emblem as a choice.
Just like the boycott of South Carolina, this will not amount to much as shown in Mississippi.
One of the reasons that the politically correct are having a frenzy is that they know what allowing the People
of Georgia to vote will show. It will show clearly (even though most of the media will not get it) that a majority of the
people are fed up with political correctness.
Strange numbers have come out of South Carolina and Mississippi. In South Carolina tourism has grown while
"suffering" through a NAACP sponsored boycott. In Mississippi, there were even majority black districts that
voted to keep the Mississippi Flag.
Ooooooppppps!
No wonder they are upset. What will happen to their ability to extort money and jobs? What will happen to their ability to ram
their agenda down the throats of unwilling citizens? What will happen if a majority of the citizens ignore their never ending
cry of "racist" every time someone disagrees with them? The men at the left from Mississippi sure did not listen to
the politically correct or the katunga spewed by men like McKinney.
We all know what will happen if they lose the referendum. We will see the beginnings of a return to good
government. Where the media, the politically correct and the large corporations are not able to control Our State Government.
