Your Money is Stealing Your Flag ...
In 2000, Downtown Atlanta Business types went to the governor, insisting that the state flag be changed for the sake of the Final Four, national
respectability and their deals with Jesse Jackson.
Barnes balked, pointing out the vulnerability of the legislators he'd need to back him. The business types promised they'd be there for those lawmakers in 2002.
An so another piece of the most open act of political corruption since Reconstruction fell into place.
And so the Georgia Business PAC was created in 2001 to provide campaign funds for those who voted with Barnes. Harold Bevis, Delta Air Lines' vice president of public affairs, sits at its head. As of
October 25, the group had raised $155,000.
The following companies contributed these funds:

Coca-Cola, Home Depot and Delta all have Southern roots and have prospered due to our support. I have patronized all three, Coke for my whole life. But I am now disgusted with these companies.

Now comes the question of the day. They were successful in 2001, Barnes & those who supported his corrupt practices. But Barnes, 10 corrupt Senators and 26 corrupt Representatives are gone despite their money. What are they doing now to prevent restoring Our Flag now?
We can do something about this perverted influence on our government. But before launching an effort would like to hear from you. Are you tired of having the best government money can buy? Contact us at money_trail@spofga.org
Incidentally the money trail gets worse, the Georgia Business PAC is just one of many special purpose PAC's formed by businesses to use your money for government influence. Specifically just one of many that were used to steal Our Flag. Signup for the e-mail newsletter below so that you will not miss the next part which documents the influence buying of the multiple PACs of Coca-Cola. Pepsi is looking better every day, although I never thought I would say those words.
