Spotlight on Coke, Board of Directors ...

The first step in this effort to STOP the anti-Southern behavior of these multi-National and globalist corporations will be an introductory letter to the Coke, Board of Directors. We are composing a sample letter now and it will be posted in a few days. We want the signers of the petition to have an opportunity to review and comment prior to sending it to each member of the Board of Directors.

There will be two letters: the letter to the Board which will include the current Petition and signatures and a sample letter for use by the signers. This second letter, the sample, will be for those who would like to send a personal letter to coincide with the arrival of the petition letter.

We need a few volunteers that are stockholders in Coke to assist in making plans for the visit to the 2004 stockholders meeting. If you are interested please give a yell at stockholder@boycottcoke.org.

The Boycott Coke web-site will have more information about the Coke Board of Directors over the next month. This will include information from campaign finance reports and the cross membership on the Boards of many of these anti-Southern corporations. From this we will get your input on selecting the second target.
