Draft of next letter to Board of Directors Ladies & Gentlemen, it is probably no surprise to anyone that the Coke Board of Directors has not responded. So it is time to take the next step. It is a request for the process of sending proxy statements to stockholders. The response is exactly what we expected. In fact it is just a continuation of what was received by complaints via their normal communication channels, "Just a bunch of rednecks, ignore them ..." But as the effort continues to grow the documented trail of even the courtesy of acknowledging receipt should be informative to stockholders and other Southern customers. As before - we will take a week for the signers of the petition to review the letter. Last time it was greatly improved by the feedback. Also this gives a week to advertise the petition to get some more signers before sending to Coke. This is also a good time to be bringing this the attention of Coke as the Georgia Flag FAIR Vote Act is getting ready to be introduced in the Georgia Legislature.
