The Southern Party of Georgia, a grass roots effort to restore good government for the
People of Georgia, recommends the following candidates for the Republican Primary,
July 20. This is a very early edition and will be kept
current as events develop.
Low voter turnout: an analysis
Based upon some general
historical projections the expected turnout should be approximately 22 percent.
Your VOTE will be important! To
find your poll location and your new district numbers click here.
Voter Registration Deadline is June 21.
If the voter turnout
projection is close to the mark, 9% of the registered voters can win
this primary. 4% can probably swing the election in our favor. Note that
the historical projection of 22% includes voters in both the Democratic
and Republican Primary.
So your vote, and every
vote that you can get to the polls is very important!

There are 7 candidates in this race. We
recommend that two be retired from public service, three that are
acceptable and recommend that you check their campaigns and two
which we neither would recommend either way. The Primary
will be the election for this District, there is no Democratic or
independent opposition in November. |
