It is in fact - a rigged referendum that was established by secret backroom wheeling and dealing between the Senate Republican leadership, the House Democratic leadership, the Atlanta Chamber, politically correct and black caucus. This rigged referendum represents the best government that money can but! Rigged referendums belong in other countries, not here in Georgia. We have recommended "No Vote Until Georgia Gets A FAIR Vote." The rigged referendum is non-binding and is just a smokescreen to deny the People of Georgia the right to Vote on their TRUE State Flag.
