Information about Georgia State Flag 

Dan Coleman extends invitation to all - "Everyone is welcome." 

Gentlemen:

The SCV Robert E. Lee Birthday Celebration will be inside the State Capitol in the South Wing at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 20, 2004.

I am happy to announce that our speaker this year will be Reverend John Weaver. We have been told that flags will be permitted inside. You should enter at the lower level entrance on the South side. This is across the street from the State office buildings. For reenactors or anyone in uniform who wish to bring swords, we need to get a count. You can e-mail me at dancoleman@mindspring.com.

We hope to fill the Capitol. The legislature may or may not be in session but many should be around, holding committee meetings and so forth. They set their own agenda.

There is ample parking in parking lots in the area.
