Newsweek calls Bible out of date

Many do not realize just how far our country has drifted from its Founding Principles. Political correctness continues to advance and step by step is transforming our country into something that would not be recognized by Our Founding Fathers.

Judge Roy Moore speaking in Powder Springs, April 13

Judge Roy Moore is truly a modern day hero like David fighting Goliath - this Goliath being a government, judicial, and educational system that has distorted our culture, our founding values, our legal system, and our history.

TEN COMMANDMENTS-GA PRESS RELEASE 12/5/07

Two more sets of the "Foundations of American Law & Government Display" will be hung. This time they will be in the courthouse of Barrow County as well as in Douglas County. These recent decisions come on the heels of Dougherty County's decision to be the first south Georgia county to approve the display in a courthouse.

Second Historical Display Goes Up

The second "Foundations of American Law & Government Display" has gone up in Hartwell, Georgia . The first display went up in Odum, Ga. in June of this year. The 2nd state law approved historical display was up in time for the city council's September meeting. The display was unveiled in the city court room where traffic court and city council meetings are held. It was purchased by a group of citizens and given to the city in response to the councils vote during the regular May 2006 meeting. At that meeting the council voted unanimously to display the documents if a set where given to the city.

Christ Not Mentioned at Virginia Tech Memorial Service

A remembrance service at Virginia Tech this past Tuesday featured a Muslim cleric invoking the name of Allah, a Buddhist priest preaching that mankind is "basically good," and a Jewish speaker quoting from Ecclesiastes. Conspicuously absent in the service was any mention of Jesus Christ.

Christian Chaplain Dismissed Muslim Chaplain Promoted

Chaplain Lt. Gordon James Klingenschmitt has been court-martialed and dismissed from the U.S. Navy. His crime? Praying in Jesus' name in uniform outside a chapel. You read it right. After 15 1/2 years of exemplary service, Lt. Klingenschmitt is being drummed out of the Navy.

Praise For Lee And Jackson

January is often referred to as "Generals Month" as no less than four famous Confederate Generals claimed January as their birth month: James Longstreet (Jan. 8, 1821), Robert E. Lee (Jan. 19, 1807), Thomas Jonathan Jackson (Jan. 21, 1824), and George Pickett (Jan. 28, 1825). Two of these men, Lee and Jackson, are particularly noteworthy. This is especially true, as this year will mark General Lee's two hundredth birthday.

Congratulations to the Forsyth County (NC) Commissioners

Just like Congress and countless other government and civic functions, Forsyth County Commission meetings open with a prayer. This has been a tradition in our country since its founding and was firmly endorsed by Our Founding Fathers.

But in today's society we have the perverted influence of groups like the ACLU and Morris Dee's - SPLC that are relentless in their pursuit of forcing their views upon an unwilling public. They do this by using not only law suits but threats of law suits.

Write in campaign for Judge Roy Moore

As most are aware the Alabama Republican Party, with financial support from the typical special interests, defeated Judge Roy Moore in the Alabama Republican Primary. Many have faulted Judge Moore for his campaign, a campaign based upon our Founding Principles. But Judge Moore is not at fault.

Jesus was not a Republican

Looking back at some of the recent events over the last couple years some very disturbing trends become obvious. These trends are going to be very poorly received by some reading this, but sometimes Truth is not what people with a personal agenda want to hear.

Please take a few minutes and read the article below by Chuck Baldwin, then come back and finish reading the material presented below to give further examples, from two States Georgia and Alabama

This same Ray McBerry paid his fees out of his own pocket to qualify as a Republican candidate for Governor and the Georgia Republican Party even refused to list his name on their qualified candidates list. The Georgia Republican Party under the direction of Sonny Perdue used Ray's own money to help pay for Sonny's TV ads.

Separation of church & state? Lets find the TRUTH!

Across our land there has been a debate and a number of political and legal battles concerning the Display of The Ten Commandments. While I am certainly in favor of Displaying God’s Laws I have been puzzled by the arguments being put forth by the ACLU and others. They claim that such Display’s are unconstitutional based upon what they call, “ Separation of Church and State.” They claim that Our Founding Fathers intended to build a wall of separation between the Church and State and thus not only is the Display of God’s Laws unconstitutional but is contrary to Our Founding Father’s Principles.

Three recent success stories on The Ten Commandments

Our position on the federal judiciary is that it has no "jurisdiction" over the furnishings of a State or county building. Every federal court ruling on these issues is an example of judicial activism, as once the federal government establishes that it has the power to determine content of State and local buildings, it will just become more intrusive.

However, we support fully the Display of The Ten Commandments and consider the retention of these Displays a very desirable result.

Republican Governor candidate McBerry has track record on The Display Of The Ten Commandments

With the recent announcement and qualification of Ray McBerry for governor in the July 18 Republican Primary, we thought this article might be of interest.

Nearly 100 people gathered at the McDonough square Saturday for music, speeches and word of a new effort to post the Ten Commandments in public buildings in 20 Georgia counties.

Other speakers at the rally included Barrow County Commission Chairman Doug Garrison; McDonough Mayor Richard Craig; the Rev. Jody Hice of Bethlehem, the head of Ten Commandments Georgia; Mike Crane of Fannin County, Southern Party candidate for the 51st state Senate district; John Campbell of the John Birch Society; Ricardo Davis of the Constitution Party of Georgia; and Judy Rogers of Providence Reformed Presbyterian Church near Covington. Rogers traveled with former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, who was removed from office for his placement of the Commandments in his courthouse.
