Newsweek calls Bible out of date

Many do not realize just how far our country has drifted from its Founding Principles. Political correctness continues to advance and step by step is transforming our country into something that would not be recognized by Our Founding Fathers.

Judge Roy Moore speaking in Powder Springs, April 13

Judge Roy Moore is truly a modern day hero like David fighting Goliath - this Goliath being a government, judicial, and educational system that has distorted our culture, our founding values, our legal system, and our history.

Second Historical Display Goes Up

The second "Foundations of American Law & Government Display" has gone up in Hartwell, Georgia . The first display went up in Odum, Ga. in June of this year. The 2nd state law approved historical display was up in time for the city council's September meeting. The display was unveiled in the city court room where traffic court and city council meetings are held. It was purchased by a group of citizens and given to the city in response to the councils vote during the regular May 2006 meeting. At that meeting the council voted unanimously to display the documents if a set where given to the city.

Christ Not Mentioned at Virginia Tech Memorial Service

A remembrance service at Virginia Tech this past Tuesday featured a Muslim cleric invoking the name of Allah, a Buddhist priest preaching that mankind is "basically good," and a Jewish speaker quoting from Ecclesiastes. Conspicuously absent in the service was any mention of Jesus Christ.

Christian Chaplain Dismissed Muslim Chaplain Promoted

Chaplain Lt. Gordon James Klingenschmitt has been court-martialed and dismissed from the U.S. Navy. His crime? Praying in Jesus' name in uniform outside a chapel. You read it right. After 15 1/2 years of exemplary service, Lt. Klingenschmitt is being drummed out of the Navy.

Praise For Lee And Jackson

January is often referred to as "Generals Month" as no less than four famous Confederate Generals claimed January as their birth month: James Longstreet (Jan. 8, 1821), Robert E. Lee (Jan. 19, 1807), Thomas Jonathan Jackson (Jan. 21, 1824), and George Pickett (Jan. 28, 1825). Two of these men, Lee and Jackson, are particularly noteworthy. This is especially true, as this year will mark General Lee's two hundredth birthday.

Congratulations to the Forsyth County (NC) Commissioners

Just like Congress and countless other government and civic functions, Forsyth County Commission meetings open with a prayer. This has been a tradition in our country since its founding and was firmly endorsed by Our Founding Fathers.

But in today's society we have the perverted influence of groups like the ACLU and Morris Dee's - SPLC that are relentless in their pursuit of forcing their views upon an unwilling public. They do this by using not only law suits but threats of law suits.

Write in campaign for Judge Roy Moore

As most are aware the Alabama Republican Party, with financial support from the typical special interests, defeated Judge Roy Moore in the Alabama Republican Primary. Many have faulted Judge Moore for his campaign, a campaign based upon our Founding Principles. But Judge Moore is not at fault.

Reject Activist Judge Bill "Judas" Pryor ...

Please read the article below by Chuck Baldwin and then join the effort to reject this activist and unworthy Judge from from the federal bench. In the words of Chuck Baldwin:

Bill Pryor Got His Judas Money

The sad Truth is that he got his reward direct from President Bush.

President Bush rewards present day Judas - Bill Pryor ...

In a previous article we were discussing the hypocrisy of Attorney General Bill Pryor being a nominee to the federal bench:

Republican President Bush has nominated who to the Federal Bench????????

Little did we know that as that article was being written, even darker deeds were in process. Much to our surprise we read that President Bush had executed a recess appointment of this modern day Judas to the federal bench.

Attorney General Bill Pryor - A 21st Century Judas

Former Governor Fob James appointed Bill Pryor as Alabama Attorney General to fill a vacancy. In Governor Fob James own words you will read that Bill Pryor stated he would not give in to illegal orders from federal judges. That he appointed Bill Pryor based upon his responses in an interview.

Here is the statement recently release by Governor Fob James:

Republican President Bush has nominated who to the Federal Bench???????? Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor

It is pretty clear that a majority of Americans have recognized that we have a major problem in the judicial branch of the federal government. In fact there is a growing move to persuade Congress to place some restrictions on the federal judiciary in some areas.

While we commend and support this effort, it is a band aide, rather than a solution. It is treating the symptoms rather than working toward a solution.

Human Events Magazine declares Roy Moore, "Man of the Year."

Alabama Republican Attorney General Bill Pryor has not been very honest!

The actions of many of today's politicians demonstrate the wisdom of Our Founding Fathers. They established a Christian Nation that would practice religious tolerance. But let there be no question that they considered the Ten Commandments the cornerstone of the basis for our law.

How many Americans today complain or are disgusted by the lack of Truth in today's political debate and actions? In poll after poll politicians are ranked low on the scale of being trustworthy and honest. No wonder the politically correct want to get rid of the Ten Commandments in public places! They are afraid that the people might expect honesty!

Roy Moore appeals removal from office
'10 Commandments judge' battling  to regain Alabama chief justice post

Former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore will appeal his removal from office by next Wednesday, he said in an interview with WorldNetDaily.

Alabama's nine-member Court of the Judiciary voted unanimously to oust Moore Nov. 13 for defiance of a federal judge's order to remove a 10 Commandments monument he installed in the rotunda of the state courthouse two years ago. If the ruling stands, Gov. Bob Riley will appoint a new chief justice.

Governor Riley - Reappoint Judge Moore!

As we have watched the situation in Alabama unfold, there are many conclusions that are obvious.

  • The federal judiciary is out of control. The Constitution does NOT give the federal judiciary the right to determine what can and can not be placed in a State's buildings. Our Founding Fathers denied the King the right to do much less, just as we should deny the would be Kings on the federal judiciary.

  • The politically correct are determined to use the federal judiciary to do what they have been denied at the ballot box. The people of Alabama spoke! The politically correct do not care!

  • Both of the major political parties are involved. The Democrats openly attack Christianity, the Constitution and the Principles upon which Our County was founded. The Republicans claim they are supportive but their actions do NOT match the words.

Today we ran across an online petition that we strongly support. A petition to urge Alabama Republican Governor Riley to re-appoint Judge Moore. It is certainly within his power to do so! Lets see if he just talks or is willing to stand up for Judge Moore.

Ten Commandment Display must go, Habersham County told

A federal judge has ruled Habersham County's displays of the Ten Commandments are unconstitutional and has ordered them removed immediately.

Habersham had argued that the Ten Commandments displays in its courthouse and county natatorium were secular, historical documents. The Commandments were on display with other documents, including the Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.

But Judge William O'Kelley of the U.S. District Court in Gainesville said the Habersham display failed to include any explanation of the documents' unified theme. O'Kelley said that "a reasonable observer would be quite justified in concluding that [the county] was endorsing either religion in general or Judeo-Christian religions in particular."

Judge Roy Moore supporters being purged now ...

The majority of Americans have been dismayed by the removal of Judge Roy Moore. Even some who believed that his Display of the Ten Commandments should have been removed, did not believe that such a vindictive action should have been taken against the Judge personally. But hang on to your seats, folks, you are getting ready to see the true agenda of the politically correct.

The following article reports that supporters of Judge Moore are now being fired from their State jobs! Thats right! Under the direction of the now victorious liberals, you will see just how vindictive and despicable these people really are.
